The location on the map is set to the coordinates of  Gerlach Peak (Gerlachovský štít) , the highest peak in Eastern Tatras (Východné Tatry) , which is also the highest peak in Slovakia.  Eastern Tatras (Východné Tatry) mountains as geomorphologic sub-whole of whole Tatra mountains (Tatry) is located in northern Slovakia. It is located in Region Presov (Prešovský kraj) - in districts Poprad and Kežmarok.
