The UNESCO World Heritage Committee decided on the registration of the site Frontiers of the Roman Empire - The Danube Limes (Western Segment), Germany, Austria and Slovakia on July 30, 2021. Two national cultural monuments are part of the The Danube Limes on the territory of Slovakia:
